I had my hair transplant done 1 year ago and the only thing I regret is not doing it sooner. Hair tranplant provedure with Dr Kevin 07/08/25 Results have yet had time to develop but the experience with Tir na nog so far has been superb. The initial anxiety I had was put to rest with Kevin's vast experience and calm demeanour throughout. He was extremely attentive throughout the day and you are guaranteed of his full attention from the moment you arrive in the early morning. He also plays some cool music for you to enjoy while you are relaxing or dozing during the procedure! Natasha was also fantastic to me and present throughout the day. I was very impressed with the extremely simplistic aftercare without all the sales, bells and whistles attached. It really is so much easier to care for than you see online etc The procedure itself was practically painless and the day absolutely flew in. Any barber I've been to since has told me it's the most natural looking transplant they've seen. There's very little sign that it was ever done. I got my hair transplant at Tir Na Nog in January. Kevin and Natasha are very easy to deal with. It was great not to have to go abroad to get it. 8 months in and my transplant is settling down well. The transplant surgery itself is straight forward and no major pain. The swelling in your face after surgery is quite intense and sleeping is awkward for 1 week afterwards. I found sleeping in an armchair sitting up a little easier. If you're thinking about it just go for it. Ciaran

I had a great experience at Tir Na Og - initially I was hesitant to proceed with the operation. However, Kevin gave me full disclosure and a lot of space to think about it and I am glad I proceeded. I got my hair transplant 4 months ago from Kevin and I have to say I’m very happy with the results already. I originally booked my hair transplant for may but when my circumstances changed a week before I was due to get my transplant Kevin was very accommodating. I was somewhat apprehensive about having a hair transplant. I had a thousand questions and lots of worries. From the day of the consultation Dr. Kevin and Natasha were patient, informative, friendly and very reassuring. I knew I was with people who were motivated in all the right ways. Dr. Kevin, in my view, took a 'less is more' approach. It never felt like a sales pitch, much more like someone interested in finding the best solution for me. This meant improving my hairline while protecting my donor area. Never over-promising or pitching as some seem to. He was very understanding about concerns I had about discretion and helped me to pick a date that worked well around holidays etc. On the day of the transplant everything was explained to me. It was a very relaxed environment throughout the day. I was very reassured to have Dr. Kevin's full attention all day and to have Natasha coming and going at various points. Communication was always clear and open. The procedure was painless as Dr. Kevin continuously ensured I was comfortable. Outside of that we chatted away and had a laugh. The procedure took the day (except for a break for a nice lunch). Again, I felt very reassured that I was the focus of Dr. Kevin's work that day. By the end of the day it was nice to be able to see a new hairline (though it was to temporarily fall out soon after)! Tip here, have your car outside and bring a loose fitting hat if possible as swelling is considerable! In the aftermath of the procedure I was very reassured that Dr. Kevin and/or Natasha were on hand to answer questions by email. There were a couple of days with swelling and I was glad not to have had to see anyone. After 3 or 4 days though I was out and about. I met with Dr. Kevin again after about a fortnight for some plasma treatment and to discuss medication (again, he was patient, informative, not pushy). I am writing this testimonial almost 6 months after my procedure. I am very happy. I like how my hair looks and I know it will improve further. My barber has commented that it is the best hair transplant he has seen among many (from bith Ireland and abroad). Particularly he was complimentary of the donor area which is in great shape. I wear my hair very short on the back and sides and it is not obvious at all (I realise here that I am lucky to have fair/ greyish hair and some with darker hair might want to wear it longer). One thing I would like to acknowledge is that the cost is much cheaper than some places in Ireland. That might put people off. Don't let it. This is a brilliant surgeon and a really personal setup. It is the best money I have ever spent (certainly on myself). I am so happy with my choice to go to Dr. Kevin. I strongly recommend Tír na nÓg to anyone, particularly anyone within driving distance. My thanks to Kevin & Natasha for the fantastic work they did to reinforce and give me back a defined hairline on my forehead. I had an easily arranged consultation with Kevin, who explained everything in detail and gave me realistic expectations. I did research other clinics, who in my opinion, were too "sales" focused and bombarded me with texts/WhatsApp messages, which I did not like or appreciate. Tir na nÓg were the polar opposite; leaving me to decide in my own time. If I had any questions, a quick message to Tir na nÓg and my queries were quickly replied to. When I decided to go ahead, Kevin arranged the procedure within a week or two. On the day of my procedure, Kevin & Natasha made me feel very welcomed and immediately put me at ease. Before we started, Kevin explained the full process again, advised that I could take as many breaks as I wanted and finally asked if I was happy to proceed. We started the procedure around 8.30am, and I was that relaxed, I actually slept through a lot of the morning process (the follicle extraction), 100% pain free! I will point out, that for me, the only "uncomfortable" bit of the procedure, was getting the initial numbing done; and in saying that, I can assure everyone that it is totally bearable 🙂. We broke for a lunch break around 12.30pm, then got back to the 2nd part of the procedure about 1.15pm, which was the placement of the grafts. Again, this was 100% painless and throughout the whole procedure, Kevin reminded me that we could take a break any time. 6 months post FUE treatment with Tir na nÓg Clinic and I am delighted with the results. I had completed a lot of research and visited a number of clinics before my first consultation with Tir na nÓg but I knew straight away I was in safe hands with Dr. Kevin & Natasha. As everyone who has thought about whether or not to have a hair transplant, I invested some time in gathering information to help me out with the decision. Once I made up my mind, it took me a fair amount of time to visit different clinics. I wanted to get feedback from different professionals and evaluate what would suit me best. As a Spaniard living in Cork, the obvious option for me was getting the process done in Cork or back in Spain, but it turned out that after all the research, I ended up in Dublin. Had the HT done twice now at Tir na nog clinic and could not be happier with the results. I was it putting off for a good while as the thought of having to head to Turkey or somewhere of that nature didn’t fill me with confidence. Kevin went through everything before hand and basically puts you completely at ease and will let you know what he thinks can be done by examining the donor area and if medication is a good option as well. With all questions answered you just set a date and you’re ready to go. The procedure itself more or less takes most of a working day depending on how many grafts you receive and is pretty painless. Just a bit of discomfort for probably a week or ten days I would say and then you’re more or less through it. Saw growth clearly enough after about 3 months and by 6 months it pretty much grown in. Coming to the price. It is very reasonably priced at Tir na Nog and there are places out there that everyone has probably heard of performing the same procedure but who are on another planet with their prices charging multiples of what Kevin and Natasha do. I would imagine that the results won’t be as good either. If you are thinking of having it done first of all I would say just go and do it. It is actually not as big a deal as you will be thinking before hand and is all over within a few hours. Secondly go to Tir na nog clinic especially if you want to have the procedure done in Ireland.

I got my FUE procedure undertaken 4 months ago in February 2022 and have been very pleased with the results to date. The clinic staff were very friendly and approachable throughout the whole process and are certainly masters of their craft! Had my hair transplant done just over one week ago in, from consultation to the procedure itself the process couldn’t have been made any more relaxing thanks to the excellent staff. As someone who can be a anxious when it comes to procedures involving needles I was put at ease from minute one and the surgery was virtually pain free bar the first few rounds of local anaesthesia which was a very minor pain, the procedure itself was so relaxing and pain free I even managed to doze off once or twice while it was being carried out. Excited now to see what the results of the transplant in the coming weeks/months and would highly recommend Tir na Nog clinic to friends and family.

In consultation other advise & suggestions given due potentially low donor grafts after 1st HT (1st was in 🇹🇷 Norwood 6 , 3500gfts). 15 years ago I contemplated getting a hair transplant when I noticed the first glaring signs of male pattern baldness creeping in, and was quoted an eye-watering price for same upon enquiring. I kinda forgot about it after that, but when I saw an ad for the Tir na nOg clinic earlier this year my interest was reactivated, and after attending for the free consultation and being very impressed both with my encounter with Dr Kevin AND the price quoted, which was literally a fraction of the one from 2007, I decided to go for it. And so it was that on 24 March 2022 I found myself in the clinic in Donaghmede. Kevin and Natasha looked after me brilliantly on the day. A (roughly) ten hour procedure really ought to have been an ordeal; it absolutely was not. There was, genuinely, zero pain involved, so much so that I managed a little nap along the way. Not only that, but I ended up having an enjoyable experience between the lovely conversations we were having plus the excellent music that soundtracked the day. A decent lunch was also provided at no extra cost. When I was departing I was given a post-operative goodie bag included swabs, saline spray (VERY important), Johnson's Baby Shampoo and even enough Ibuprofen 400mg to get me through the first few days, which was brilliant, considering that leaving the house was not really very appealing for the first couple of days. The healing process was grand, seriously. Very little pain or inconvenience. I was back at work a week later, and also attended the Clinic again for a Platelet-Rich Plasma injection and reassurance from Kevin and Natasha. As to my hair, well just a couple of weeks later is maybe early to judge - but it's looking great so far! My entire Tir na nOg experience has been a GENUINE 5 Star one, I wholeheartedly recommend it and will return if necessary

I had thought about a hair transplant for 2 years and like most in my situation, Turkey was number one on the option list. With Turkey being the only place I was really considering I was likely to never get it done due to the complexity of travelling as well as the fear of something not going right in a different country. Last year I began looking at Ireland being a valid option and stumbled upon Tir Na Nog on Facebook. From the posts and reviews I looked at their seemed to be a genuine interest in the well-being of the client. No sales pitch, no pushing hair transplants but rather explaining and exploring the various options. I booked a consultation within a week and booked in for the treatment on that day. Kevin explained the procedure and with my hair being so fine that their was a limit to the amount of grafts that could be taken from the donor area. I will let the picture speak for it self, these are the results after 3 months ONLY from the surgery. I'm super happy about the results I'm having so far, considering that most of them happen between the 6 and 12 months. on the 3 month I'm seeing a lot of improvements... I can't wait for the final outcome! My experience with Dr. Kev and team was amazing, my case was not a typical one since my scalp is a bit thicker than usual, this was not a challenge to Dr.Kev thanks to his amazing skills and high experience on the matter. Excellent from the start made time during the height of Covid restrictions to video call and speak to me about the procedure. Dr.Kevin went out of his way to do a consultation and get the ball rolling as quick as possible. Talking too and meeting the staff who were prompt with all the relevant information and answered any questions in a professional manner.
